Yorkies and Gravy

What’s higher than a handmade roast ? It is a handmade roast with handmade gravy AND yorkshire puddings .. each of those go good with my roast lamb shoulder, the recipe which is right here

When you’re a type of that thinks gravy and yorkies are a little bit of a mission, i promise you not.

To make 6-Eight yorkshire puddings you have to:

100g plain flour
2 eggs
100ml milk
pinch of salt and pepper
oil oil

  • Preheat your oven on full *
  • In a 12 gap cupcake/muffin tin, pour a couple of tablespoon of oil into every gap
  • Place the tray into the oven for the oil to warmth up for about 10 minutes – the oil must be effervescent sizzling.
